4 salmon filets
1 tablespoon mustard
200 ml Greek yoghurt
1 cup dill
1 squeezed lemon
1 sliced lemon
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
200 g cooked brown rice

1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
2. Mix the mustard, the greek yogurt, the chopped dill with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Cover the salmon fillets with the sauce and put 2 slices of lemon on the top
4. Bake for 10-15 mins
5.Put all the 4 portions into the meal prep containers, seal tightly and refrigerate.
