15 MIN UPPER BODY WORKOUT (BACK, ARMS, CHEST & ABS / NO EQUIPMENT)

Upper body workouts can be a great option for those of you who are short on time and wanted to get the most out of your home workouts! Let’s do this! A no equipment workout that you can do from home to workout your lats, traps, chest, shoulders, arms and abs! This workout is perfect to grow your chest, shoulders, back and triceps!

This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I’m doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don’t need a rest – watch it the whole way through.
